Bahasa oh bahasa....

Teachers......
Teachers are so busy that they just don't have much time for lesson design and development. They need to throw together a lesson in a few minutes on a Tuesday night that they can use with their students the next day. They need an approach that takes very little time but delivers good results.
Each day the teacher considers lesson objectives and strategies before students walk through the door. Once the students appear and the lesson begins, it is usually necessary to shift the lesson plan as the class proceeds and the teacher notes the reactions of various students. In many cases, the teacher must dig deep into the skill repertoire to find tactics that seem right for the situation that has developed. In some cases, the first new strategies will be successful, but it is a trial-and-error process.
Good teachers effectively "stumble toward competence" as they try out an array of strategies and tactics until they find the right ones. Experience helps to inform their choice of strategies, but novelty stands in the way of any teacher being able to coast along banking on previous experience.
Effective teachers engage in daily match-making, creating conditions to promote learning and connecting tasks with students, giving them what they need to be successful while nurturing the process and minimizing obstacles. The best teachers customize lessons so that each student is afforded opportunities that match needs, interests, preferences and skill levels.
A Discovery Process…………If at first you don't succeed .

What does the pedagogy mean?
Roget's defines pedagogy as "The act, process, or art of imparting knowledge and skill."
The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language defines pedagogy as "The art or profession of teaching."
The National Board for Professional Teaching Standards defines pedagogy as follows:
Content pedagogy refers to the pedagogical (teaching) skills teachers use to impart the specialized knowledge/content of their subject area(s). Effective teachers display a wide range of skills and abilities that lead to creating a learning environment where all students feel comfortable and are sure that they can succeed both academically and personally. This complex combination of skills and abilities is integrated in the professional teaching standards that also include essential knowledge, dispositions, and commitments that allow educators to practice at a high level. (See http://www.nbpts.org/)
It is because we failed to fund professional development and pretty much ignored pedagogy that many schools have suffered from the screensaver's disease and found little return on their technology investments.
A series of reports have identified a severe lack of professional development as a major cause of disappointing results, but even these reports define the task in terms of technology and software training rather than pedagogy. ... for details

KUALA TERENGGANU 1 Jan. - Calon Barisan Nasional (BN) bagi Pilihan Raya Kecil Parlimen Kuala Terengganu, Datuk Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh meminta rakyat tidak menyalahkan kerajaan semata-mata berikutan keengganan peniaga menurunkan harga barangan di pasaran.
